I placed an order for a Helena (Stone Leather) watch on September 25, 2022. It was meant to be a gift for my wife's birthday, which has already passed. I've reached out to llarsen several times but haven't heard back. I can handle the delay, but the lack of communication has me wondering if I’ll ever see a refund, let alone the watch.

Happy with the service and the delivery, plus the watch is great.

The design is just what I was looking for, a blend of simplicity and classy Danish aesthetics. This watch is spot on for pairing with suits or smart casual outfits.

Gorgeous timepiece. However, the strap leaves a bit to be desired. It began to crack right after I took it out of the packaging. When I reached out to customer service, they told me to visit the website and purchase a new strap, saying that's just how suede behaves... The watch itself was up to my standards.

I really adore this watch; it’s stunning and perfect for any event. I mainly picked it because it was crafted in Europe, which was a big deal for me (specifically in Denmark). But let me tell you, the delivery was a whole different story. I opted for a UPS pickup location that was listed on their site, but when they showed up, they didn’t drop it off and sent my watch back to Denmark instead. It’s a bummer for the environment with that unnecessary back-and-forth, and I was left without my watch as planned. Because of this hassle, Llarsen gave me a refund, but honestly, I just wanted my watch. I ended up having to buy another one, and it cost me more. I’m pretty let down by how my order was handled; UPS didn’t redirect it to another location, and Llarsen didn’t check with me if I preferred a refund or to keep my watch. All these factors led to my rating of 3 out of 5. The watch itself matches the pictures on the site perfectly, but the delivery experience was just terrible.

I've been using a llarsen's Storm that I picked up a few years back. Super satisfied with it! This time, I stumbled upon llarsen again.

Now, I wanna share a few thoughts:

1) Big thanks to Camilla for her help with the FTA invoices.

2) The mesh band on Lykke's watch is a bit too stiff. It’d be nice if you could focus on the emotional quality a bit more.

3) Nikolaj's dial glass isn’t quite level. A little more attention to quality control would be appreciated.

4) Overall, the design and product range are stylish! I just wish there were even more options.

I purchased a watch back in January for £149 with free delivery and no mention of tax. When the courier arrived, they informed us there was a £49 tax fee to settle. We decided to refuse the package. LLarsen clarified that the tax issue wasn’t their fault, but they were understanding and refunded our money to our card. They’re good folks to work with. I reckon they ought to give buyers a heads-up about potential tax charges upon delivery, as the initial impression is that it’s all tax-free.

Shopping was a breeze, shipping was super fast, and the watch is top-notch. Thanks a bunch!

Ordered from LLarson Denmark in the UK: This was my first time buying from this watch brand, and honestly, it was a letdown. There were delays with shipping, they didn’t mention any import fees when I placed the order, and part of my order was missing. I also couldn’t get a response about another item I wanted from the original order. The watch wasn’t secured well in the box, and the guarantee card was hard to read. Plus, getting a proper refund was a hassle... customer service just didn’t cut it.

My husband is really happy with his new watch...the style, the craftsmanship, the cost, and how fast it got here (just 4 days to the US). Big thanks for making such a great product.
